Benefits Compliance Administrative Support
Hourly Rate: $19.50/hour W2
We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support our Benefits Compliance team
, assisting with group health and retirement plan documentation, communications, and workflow tracking. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with administrative experience looking to gain exposure to benefits and compliance operations.
Location: Arlington, VA (Ballston) – onsite
Duration: Contract through May 2026 with potential to extend
Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver internal and external communications and documentation
- Track, review, and follow up on benefits compliance documents and reports
- Assist with annual nondiscrimination testing by coordinating and validating data
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from members and internal teams
- Maintain workflow milestones, scanning, filing, and document retention
- Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Provide administrative support to group health and retirement plan teams
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Exposure to benefits, insurance, retirement plans, HR, or financial services preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic document workflows
- Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA
- Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Assistant
- Recent graduates with internships in insurance, banking, or financial services
- Candidates returning to the workforce seeking a structured, professional role
