Staff Officer SME IV

• Develop strategies and plans supporting DoW influence, deception, and perception management operations, activities, and investments
• Support senior leadership with oversight and governance activities
• Participate in staff assistance visits and compliance inspections
• Develop and coordinate time-sensitive staff packages for senior leadership
• Produce reports and briefings covering influence, deception, and perception management initiatives
• Prepare materials for Congress and Senior Executive Branch officials
• Coordinate policy and operational requirements across stakeholders
• Collaborate with DoW and Intelligence Community partners to ensure strategies align with broader objectives
• Assess operational requirements, risks, and planning considerations

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience with policy development and/or policy analysis within the Department of War (DoW)
