About The Position
Mavis Tire is seeking full‑time Automotive Mechanics to join our state‑of‑the‑art service centers in the Alexandria, VA area. As leaders in automotive repair, our Mechanics inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of undercar services, including brakes, struts, and shocks, as well as complete state‑mandated inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, and tire mounting, balancing, and removal.

Qualifications- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Minimum 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Extensive personal tool set for undercar repairs.
- Preferred: state inspection license(s); ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and repeatedly lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds.
