Startup GenAI Operations Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Startups GenAI Operations Manager to join our Global Startups GenAI Ops team. The team supports the Global GenAI Startups Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Go‑To‑Market Business Development teams. This ops role creates and maintains mechanisms and projects to scale the GenAI team globally, working in a fast‑growing, complex environment.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations on sales coverage, TAM, customer segmentation, and other key areas.
• Lead time‑sensitive executive responses and conduct comprehensive data analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Oversee cross‑functional initiatives including go‑to‑market motions, organizational design, incentive compensation modeling, resource deployment, operational planning, and executive response efforts.
• Roll‑up sleeves and work directly with models/data, driving simple, scalable solutions.
• Communicate complex analytical results clearly, both written and verbally.
• Collaborate with AWS Sales, Solutions Architect, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, Compensation, Services, and other Ops teams.

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Understanding of start‑ups, venture capital firms, or startup ecosystem organizations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management.
• Experience working within a high‑growth technology company.
