A senior role in the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP) that supports execution of strategic partner-facing programs with key partners in the Customer Success Center of Excellence.

This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Partner Success Programs Lead working directly with partners to implement and operate strategic projects related to business value realization.
  • Enable partners on the program and AWS systems via 1:1 sessions and creating scale content.
  • Support manual measurement and tracking during the pilot phase while determining how to scale at program phase.
  • Work with cross‑functional groups including AWS Partner Network (APN), Training, Business Development, and solutions architecture to leverage enablement programs that allow strategic partners to develop capabilities and achieve proficiency according to AWS competency standards.
  • Operationalize programs in desired geography including program adoption, reporting, and problem resolution.
  • Work with subject matter experts, partners, and other stakeholders to develop internal content that meets audience and program requirements in creative and engaging ways.
  • Develop and mature mechanisms to deeply understand customer and partner needs, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics and report effectiveness of program.
  • Drive program implementation with internal and external stakeholders; proactively communicate with senior and executive level stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and processes, including driving automation of repeatable work.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using MS Office suite (particularly Excel)
  • Proven experience supporting multi‑vertical, global businesses
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Planning, Operations, Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or other related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, including sales, marketing, business development and training
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent relevant business experience
  • Experience working with/for Systems Integrators or ISVs and knowing the market landscape
  • Experience working within a high‑growth, technology company
  • Experience working with SFDC, including creating new reports
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in a multi‑geo organization
  • Working experience of scaling via AI and automation
  • Understanding of AWS product line
