Join Marymount University as a Program Manager responsible for leading the Region 7 Training Hub planning grant and ensuring successful execution of project phases, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and sustainability planning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day management of the technical work on the Region 7 Training Hub planning grant, collaborating with university leaders in business, workforce and technology.
- Develop and maintain project workplans, timelines, deliverables, and reporting cycles in conjunction with the Grant Project Coordinator to ensure alignment with regional workforce priorities.
- Take responsibility for the initial project plan, ongoing efforts, and the final business plan delivered to the Region 7 board.
- Serve as primary point of contact for Region 7 partners—including state and local workforce organizations, community colleges, universities, training providers, employers, nonprofits, and government.
- Assist in organizing advisory board meetings, focus groups, and sector working groups.
- Build relationships that support long‑term hub participation and sustainability.
- Support regional workforce and labor market analysis.
- Coordinate surveys, interviews, and data collection with the Data Analyst.
- Ensure compliance with IRB requirements for human‑subject research in collaboration with the Project Director.
- Coordinate findings into reports, deliverables, and presentations.
- Assist in designing the Training Hub structure (governance, training pathways, curriculum, support services).
- Develop a sustainability plan for post‑grant operations, assuming Region 7 will fund the set‑up and early running of the hub (approximately 2 years).
- Manage project documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Support coordination of partners and subject matter experts.
- Contribute to future funding proposals.
