Overview
Our client is seeking a temporary‑to‑permanent Facilities Coordinator to support their team in the Arlington, VA office. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week on‑site.
Responsibilities- Oversee all maintenance and repair programs, both scheduled and emergency.
- Ensure client satisfaction and support customer satisfaction programs.
- Support process‑oriented tasks such as site closures, walkthroughs, and turnovers.
- Develop and implement budgets while also overseeing periodical reporting needs.
- Act as a liaison to support services and drive implementation of best practices.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- 2+ years of facilities and client‑facing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be fluent in Corrigo or another CMMS system.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills and customer‑service orientation with high professionalism.
- Available for after‑hours on‑call needs; majority of on‑call handled remotely.
- Base pay: $30.00/hr – $33.00/hr (temporary to permanent).
Converts to an annual salary of up to $69,000 when permanent. - Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. - Hybrid: 3 days per week on site in Arlington, VA.
