Job DescriptionThe Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of a federal program. This role works closely with program leadership, site personnel, HR, security, and the client to ensure staffing coordination, compliance requirements, and program data are managed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while maintaining clear and professional communication across teams.
KeyDuties
- Support daily program operations, including coordination of staffing, schedules, and site coverage
- Maintain accurate trackers for personnel, onboarding status, clearance verification, PTO, and site assignments
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed and submitted on time
- Coordinate with HR, Security, and PMO leadership to ensure compliance with contract, clearance, and labor requirements
- Track and report attendance, labor hours, and schedule changes to program leadership
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative questions, scheduling updates, Paid Time off, and procedural guidance
- Assist program leadership with data calls, client reporting, and internal audits as required
- Ensure sensitive information is handled appropriately and in accordance with security and privacy requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting program management
- Top Secret security clearance
