the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of Loop Net’s coworking vertical. This role will focus on enhancing the discoverability, quality, and engagement of coworking listings, while also exploring direct partnerships with operators. You will work cross‑functionally to deliver elegant, data‑powered experiences that help users find flexible work spaces and help operators market their inventory effectively.

This position is located in Arlington, VA and requires a full‑time in‑office presence Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategy for coworking listings and search experience.
  • Collaborate with coworking operators and internal stakeholders to improve listing workflows and data quality.
  • Develop features that enhance search relevance, personalization, and lead generation.
  • Drive product releases in a fast‑paced Agile software development environment, including writing user stories, prioritizing releases, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high‑impact user experiences.
  • Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform roadmap decisions.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person university or college.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record delivering industry‑leading products and solutions.
  • Experience in commercial real estate or coworking/flexible office space.
  • Dedication to understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis, with a focus on delivering solutions that provide value and enhance the user experience.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Experience managing sprint schedules and resources in an agile‑scrum development environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data‑driven product development.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
