Product Manager

The Product Manager ensures that team efforts are aligned with company and product strategies by leveraging company frameworks such as OKRs/OGSPs. This role will execute that business strategy using effective prioritization, documentation, communication, and leadership and will work cross‑functionally with peers and leaders to ensure alignment of vision, and proper delivery of projects. This role is data‑driven and customer‑focused, setting project based KPIs, and utilizing the knowledge of the customer to inform strategy and execution.

• 2-5 years of product management experience
• Experience building and owning a product roadmap
• Structured and data‑driven thinking with a strong bias to action
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills
• Strong empathy and intuition for our learners and customers
• Experience with agile software development
• Desire to improve access to education around the world
• Strong understanding of technical concepts

• Informal leadership:
  Provide guidance and support to team members; opportunity to mentor other product managers.
• Working knowledge of product management in a software development setting. We expect this individual to be able to operate without up‑front training.
• Working knowledge of conversational AI platforms, chatbots, or virtual assistants
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, experimentation frameworks, and data‑driven decision making
• Experience working directly with higher education institutions, understanding enrollment challenges, accreditation requirements, and institutional decision‑making processes a plus

Hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week at our office in Arlington, VA.
