* What You Will Do:

*** Serve as a business analyst for a law enforcement agency conducting process improvement initiatives, working to gather and document requirements to help with automation development
* Solve problems by following procedures and have experience in evaluating controls associated with complex business processes
* Conduct research and analysis using different toolsets across MS suite of tools
* Work with clients within the Homeland Security space working to improve processes

* What You Will Need:

*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST";
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
* Bachelor's degree
* THREE (3) or more years' experience in business analytics, communications, change management, or strategy

* Experience with law enforcement
* Experience supporting training efforts through the review and updating of curriculum, supporting logistics and planning and overall training program needs.
* Experience leading process improvement and automation efforts to develop new tools/processes in a law enforcement environment.
