The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of this mission critical construction project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key duties include planning and coordinating activities, managing budgets, supervising on-site crews and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all project specifications and safety regulations. You will serve as the primary liaison between all project stakeholders and onsite teams.

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, with extensive experience managing end to end, large-scale projects
• 5+ years of experience with mission critical construction initiatives
• Thorough experience with construction, safety, and quality best practices
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural trades and industrial construction methods
• Experience with documentation and reporting
