We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Federal Construction Superintendent to join our client's team and contribute to their expanding portfolio of federal projects.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience.

• Oversee and manage construction projects ranging from $1 to $5 million, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to coordinate daily operations and maintain project schedules.
• Perform quality control and safety inspections, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and standards.
• Utilize tools as necessary to assist in construction tasks and mentor team members on best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record of completing relevant projects.
• Experience building SCIFs is a huge plus.
• Current US Government Secret security clearance is preferred for consideration. Top Secret highly preferred. Must be able to obtain a clearance if not already held.
• Experience working on Department of Defense (DOD) sites, with knowledge of clearance and badging processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time
• Willingness to work with tools when necessary.
