Join our team of dedicated and creative newsletter editors and play a key role in crafting engaging and fun products that keep readers coming back day after day. As part of our late team, you’ll be one of the final sets of hands on dozens of newsletters that touch all corners of the newsroom.

This is your opportunity to own inboxes across the tax, legal, government, and business world.

• Plan, pitch, and execute stories that inform and delight our audiences.
• Coach reporters on how to break bigger stories, help us select terrific feature ideas, ensure we meet deadlines, and pitch ideas for videos and podcasts.

• Exceptional curiosity and news judgment to unpack complicated legal and government actions, and then help reporters make them interesting.
• Excellent editing and writing skills.
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to manage change, influence others in the newsroom, and communicate with reporters and editors of various backgrounds and experience levels.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to juggle stories and meet tight newsroom deadlines.
• A self‑starter who sets high standards and leads by personal example and can help guide reporters toward becoming stronger journalists.
• A bachelor’s degree (required).
• Seven‑or‑more years of experience in journalism.
