Position: Client Experience Manager

A Day in the Life

As a Client Experience Manager, you wow our customers by providing exceptional service over the phone. You maintain interpersonal and organizational skills, using customer relationship software such as Service Titan to maintain the client database and ensure information is updated. You schedule technician appointments, order ancillary products, and communicate the value of our services to convert inquiries into sales. You may assist with social media content creation and posting when not directly serving customers.

You handle inbound calls, address questions professionally, resolve issues promptly, book preventative maintenance appointments, enter service calls, and review completed work orders for accuracy. You find great satisfaction in helping others.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Geographical knowledge and map reading skills
  • Must have Service Titan experience
Work Schedule

This call center position has a schedule of Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
.
