Party Supervisor

Scramble Indoor Play is the only European indoor playground of its kind in Northern VA. We are a growing company and we are hiring dynamic individuals to grow with us.

If you are adept at wearing multiple hats, charismatic, able to inspire and lead using strong communication skills; but is also responsible, can ensure protocol adherence and follow up on tasks then Scramble is the perfect place for you!

• Guest services:
  Lead by example by setting the bar high for staff members to meet the needs of members and guests. Ensure guests are greeted enthusiastically and ensure all associates interact with our guests in a positive and professional manner to create an enjoyable play experience in our facility to exceed customers’ expectations and encourage repeat visits.
• Manage schedules: oversee parties, special programs, and produce a shift schedule for proper party coverage.
• Daily interaction with guests, members, and staff to survey for future business needs.
• Drive group sales and birthday party packages.
• Maintain company policy in all aspects and administer waiver policy.

• 2-5 years’ experience in a management role
• Experience organizing and executing birthday parties
• Experience organizing fundraisers
• Experience working with youths/camp counselors is a plus
• Computer literacy in the Internet, e-mail, MS Office is required
• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, able to work well in a team
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility- must be available to work weekends and holidays

Salary: 35-40k commensurate with experience

PTO: 15 days

Job Type: Full-time
