This opportunity entails being responsible for leading large and/or complex projects. You will coordinately all project efforts—administrative and technical—to assure the most efficient and cost‑effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as primary liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.

• Responsible for preparation of strategic plans for project success and serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and client satisfaction.
• Actively manage client and HNTB budgets, schedules, and programs; administer project communications and documentation; oversee office administrative tasks and project team assignments.
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts on small‑to‑medium projects.
• Coordinate all project efforts—both administrative and technical—to ensure efficient, cost‑effective execution.
• Coordinate work efforts and review work performed.
• Integrate quality control measures during all phases of design.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field and 12 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of successful management of Architecture projects.

• Revit skills.
• History of successful leadership on complex projects.
• Experience leading project teams on complex projects.

• Registered Architect (RA), Registered Interior Designer (RID), or Professional Engineer (PE).
• 15 years of relevant experience.
