We want to hear how you add creativity to your lessons and connect with students. We also train and provide resources for new teachers. This position is all about in-home teaching. Lessons are scheduled back-to-back using our Efficient Scheduling Protocol (3-12 min drive from house to house). Most students are in Arlington or nearby zip codes. Because of the travel required, we’ll only interview local teachers (home residence within 30 minutes driving distance from Arlington).

Teacher Requirements:

• Must LOVE KIDS!
• In-home teaching (reliable vehicle required)
• At least some piano proficiency (for teachers who specialize in voice/guitar)
• After school and/or weekend availability (4-8pm M-F)
• Teach private weekly lessons (30, 45, and 60-minute lessons available)
• Host Spring and Winter Recital
• Virtual teaching experience
• 1 year contract commitment
• Piano (or other instrument) education/proficiency
• Teaching experience, especially with elementary-aged children
