Description:
CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Training Developer within our Intel sector advancing the national security mission through cutting edge technology. You must have a passion for keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology advancements and leveraging your knowledge on a highly collaborative team to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities. The Training Developer designs and develops training programs, materials, and courses to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
They analyze training needs, create engaging content, select appropriate delivery methods, and evaluate program effectiveness. This role requires strong instructional design skills, excellent communication, and collaboration with subject matter experts. CGI Federal is growing its high-performance team whose members share a passion for building high-quality, scalable, advanced IT solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced, outcome-driven mission. This position is located in USA VA Arlington, however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Must live within a 50-mile radius to the DMV/NCR Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Needs Assessment:
Identifying learning gaps and training requirements through surveys, interviews, and consultations.
• Curriculum Development:
Designing training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructional guides.
• Content Creation:
Developing engaging and interactive training content using multimedia tools and instructional design principles.
• Delivery and Facilitation:
Delivering training sessions and workshops, and providing support to learners.
• Evaluation and Improvement:
Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and making necessary adjustments.

Collaboration:
Working with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure training accuracy and relevance.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS):
Managing and updating training content within LMS platforms. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree and/or 2 to 5 years of experience
• Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI poly; active TS/SCI with Poly highly desired
• Instructional Design:
Expertise in designing and developing effective training programs and materials.
• Content Development:
Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive training content, including e-learning modules.
• Communication
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering training and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Technical
Skills:
Familiarity with multimedia tools, e-learning platforms, and learning management systems.
• Analytical
Skills:
Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Project Management:
Ability to manage training projects from start to finish. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $ - $150000.00. CGI Federal's benefits are offered to eligible professionals on their first day of employment to include:
