Melwood seeks a Professional Development Training Instructor to deliver workforce readiness curricula at the Arlington campus, with occasional assignments in Manassas. The role requires adapting lessons to diverse learners and supporting participant recruitment and progress tracking.
Building partnerships with community employers is essential. Work is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, primarily on-site in Arlington, VA, with some travel to Manassas, VA as needed.
