For more than 35 years, Arlington Montessori House (AMH), located in the heart of Arlington, VA, has provided families with a high-quality Montessori education. AMH opened its toddler community in July 2025 and added a small second classroom in September. We are seeking an AMI- or AMS-trained Lead Guide—or a candidate currently in training to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in or leading a Montessori toddler environment, demonstrate resourcefulness in supporting the program’s continued growth, collaborate effectively, and remain committed to Montessori philosophy.
We offer a competitive salary (commensurate with experience), health benefits, paid time off, Montessori conference allowance, and tuition assistance for dependent children. AMH is accessible by Metro and bus lines for commuting to work and offers free on-site parking for those who drive.
