• Develops and implements new research objectives, establishes project priorities, defines methods to approach and execute the study.
• Provides scientific conclusions and interpretations.
• Analyzes actual and predicted, interacting, and operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision-making through logical and scientific or economic disciplines.
• Participates in planning, scheduling, and coordinating selected analytical process phases or assists in working on any selection of subcomponents of the process or system under analysis.
• Devises modeling and measuring techniques; utilizes mathematics, statistical methods, simulations, operational mathematics techniques (linear programming, game theory, probability theory, symbolic language, etc.) and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines.
• Applies extensive technical expertise and has knowledge of other related disciplines.
• Guides the successful completion of analysis.
• Has extensive experience both leading analytical teams and as a contributor in an analysis team.
• Develops technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
• Works without appreciable direction.
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment.

• Master’s degree in an analysis related field.
• 10 years of analysis experience.
• Ability to gain and hold a TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience manipulating data from Excel spreadsheets.
• Ability and motivation to self‑teach analysis skills aligned with best practices.
• Expected to deliver in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented work environment.
• Ability to combine and analyze disparate data for presentation to senior level decision makers.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Expertise in operational testing environments, surveillance and reconnaissance environments, and electromagnetic spectrum fields.
• Familiarity with models approved for use in the Defense Intelligence Agency All‑Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE).
• Familiarity with the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operating Environment process.
• Expertise in satellite communications, satellite constellations and developing and conducting operational tests.
• Experience researching, identifying, and making recommendations on resources and emerging technologies that may improve future year requirements.
• Experience developing display metrics generated from automated data sources.
  
  Experience with modeling, simulation and wargaming for joint campaign scenario development and analysis.
• Experience with a cloud computing system such as ADVANA, ENVISION or PALANTIR.
• Experience with model‑based systems engineering programs SysML, CAMEO, Magic Draw.
• Experience with the Satellite Analysis Toolkit.
• Experience programming with Python, MATLAB, C++ and SQL.
• Familiarity with AFSIM and STK.
