• Lead marketing efforts and strategy development.
• Identify prospects, develop proposals, and present to clients.
• Prepare project budgets, contract negotiations, and secure new business.
• Accountable for new business objectives and overall project performance.

• Engage with assigned clients and promote Black & Veatch through client and community activities.
• Support the development of market business plans and client engagement strategies.

• Oversee engineering manager(s) and set performance goals.
• Ensure implementation, budgeting, invoicing, and payments are performed.
• Conduct project performance reviews for assigned projects.
• Maintain active involvement with internal team and owner representatives.

• Develop, mentor, and coach team members.
• Recommend training and promotion, and identify new candidates.

• 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience with leadership experience in Florida.
• Professional Engineering license and bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of budgets and financial metrics.
• Contract negotiation skills with knowledge of terms, risks, pricing, and payment terms.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screening.
