Special Security Technician- Mid Level; Pipeline

Overview

Special Security Technician - Mid Level (Pipeline) role at Celestar Holdings Corporation. This pipeline position supports future needs at the National Guard Bureau J2 in Arlington, VA, and the Pentagon. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Arlington, VA (National Guard Bureau)

• Maintain SCI directives, regulations, and guidelines for over 100 personnel in compliance with DoDM 5105.21.
• Handle SCI accountability, transmission, transport, and destruction.
• Assist with inspections, construction, and maintenance of SCIFs.
• Provide SCI security briefings for newly arrived personnel.
• Assist the Special Security Officer (SSO) with SCI visitor clearances and accesses in DISS.
• Support the management of SCIF conference rooms and daily VTC operations.
• Provide SCI support during CNGB travel as SSR for temporary secure areas.
• Conduct SCI indoctrinations, debriefings, and unauthorized disclosure awareness.
• Train and enforce SCI security procedures within the organization.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in security operations and SCI support.
• Recent hands-on expertise within the last 2 years.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• SFPC (Security Fundamentals Professional Certification) course completion.

• Expertise in SCI security processes, analytic methodologies, and mission-focused support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
