We have been engaged by a prestigious, prominent, rapidly growing Private Equity firm based in the Metro D.C. area. The company is looking for a bright, high‑potential financial professional to join its top‑notch financial team. The company invests primarily in energy, media, and technology and is currently raising its 5th fund.

Position:

In this newly created, diverse position, the Senior Accountant will interface with a variety of financial, acquisitions, and operations professionals, while also having valuable exposure to senior management. This hands‑on, high‑potential financial professional will continue to learn about private equity while being involved in a variety of financial functional areas including Fund Accounting (investor reporting, financial statement preparation, investor capital monitoring / requests), and special projects.

Overall, the Fund Accountant will gain broad experience/exposure to many financial functions. This is a unique opportunity for a career‑focused financial professional to increase their working knowledge of private equity while learning from strong, high‑potential mentors.
