Join us as a Senior Manager in our Business Consulting finance practice, focusing on Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A). This role is one of the most senior positions in the FP&A practice, based in anywhere in Country

You will guide clients through Enterprise Performance Management, redesigning FP&A processes and implementing technology‑enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. • Lead the delivery of sophisticated FP&A and EPM solutions that align with client strategic objectives.
• Own budget management, oversee end‑to‑end project execution, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Provide leadership and direction to teams and managers, building client relationships to support business growth.
• Own revenue generation and ensure successful delivery of engagements.

• Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modelling and business partnering.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex transformation projects on time and on budget.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect finance processes to strategic outcomes.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate financial concepts for diverse audiences.
• Flexibility to travel as client engagements require.
• Leadership of cross‑functional teams and strong commercial acumen.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
• Minimum 7 years combined industry and consulting experience in FP&A.
• Experienced in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director).
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements or EPM solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, One Stream, Tagetik or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Industry experience in FP&A, corporate finance roles in operating companies.
• Consulting experience in finance functions.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
• Experience across multiple industries.
• Technical knowledge of data integration, cloud computing or system architecture.
• Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analytics tools.

Base salary ranges for the US: $150,400–$343,600. New York, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento): $180,500–$390,500.
