PGIM, a global asset management business of Prudential Financial, seeks an Investment Analyst to support our Agency Lending business in multifamily real‑estate debt transactions.

• Provide in‑depth analysis of real‑estate debt transactions for clients across Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA capital sources.
• Conduct market research, due‑diligence tracking, and preparation of loan submissions for multifamily property types.
• Build and maintain Excel‑based financial models, property valuations, and borrower credit reviews.
• Support the full loan process from origination through closing.
• Interact professionally with senior management, originators, deal managers, borrowers, brokers, and correspondents.
• Assist senior team members with ad‑hoc assignments and long‑term projects.

• Work on a Real Estate Investment team across a variety of capital sources.
• Exposure to the entire loan process from originations to closing.
• Professional growth in a competitive global asset‑management environment.
• Base salary range: $80,000 – $90,000.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Detail orientation and ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.

• Finance and/or Real Estate major.
• 1‑3 years of prior experience in FHA, Fannie Mae, and/or Freddie Mac multifamily lending or related real‑estate finance roles.
