Senior Loan Officer

Rochdale Capital is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to expanding cooperative and community ownership, building assets in low-wealth communities, and increasing access to affordable, flexible capital. We are seeking an experienced Senior Loan Officer to help advance our mission by leading loan underwriting, portfolio management, credit risk assessment, and borrower relationship management.

In this role, you will evaluate lending opportunities, analyze financial performance, structure loan transactions, prepare credit recommendations, and manage a portfolio of small business, nonprofit, commercial, affordable housing, and community development loans. You will work closely with borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle while balancing strong portfolio performance with meaningful community impact.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Community Development, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending, underwriting, credit analysis, portfolio management, or community development finance.
• Strong financial analysis, underwriting, and credit risk assessment skills.
• Experience managing borrower relationships and presenting credit recommendations.
• Knowledge of affordable housing, nonprofit, commercial real estate, small business, or community development lending is a plus.
• Experience with a CDFI, community development lender, bank, credit union, or mission-driven financial institution preferred.
