Financial Analyst PFME

This analyst role serves as the key support and enabler for PFME and coupon management. Responsibilities include supporting the planning, forecasting, and management of Product Fixed Marketing Expense (PFME) and Consumer Price Reductions, while ensuring accurate and timely P&L recognition and recording in SAP. This role requires cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Division Finance, the Corporate PFME team, Procurement, IT, and other Corporate Finance groups.

This position reports to the Generating Demand Senior Analyst and plays a key role in PFME and coupon management.

• Support PFME and coupon budget planning, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Manage forecasts, actuals, variances, and risks/opportunities.
• Ensure accurate P&L recognition, accruals, and SAP updates.
• Process journal entries and intercompany transfers as needed.
• Partner with Marketing and Finance teams on budget changes and approvals.
• Maintain budget trackers and reporting tools.

• 3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience, preferably with Marketing Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
