* 5-10 years experience in or directly supporting DoD in force development or industrial workforce issues.
* In-depth understanding of DoD staffing processes, space industrial workforce stakeholders, and applicable NSS guidance and policy.
* Senior staff, writing, and decision-making skills.
* Strong public speaking skills Desired
Skills:
* Recent work experience with National Security Space (DoD or IC) community
* Experience facilitating IPTs by collecting stakeholder inputs and resolving/scoring critical recommendations
* Recent experience supporting varied short-notice, high-visibility studies and assessments meetings, and integrated product teams
* Work experience with National Security Space launch operations, acquisition and/or planning. Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
