We are looking to add another dynamic Physical Therapist to join our 25‑person team! At VHC Health, the Outpatient Physical Therapists work on specialty teams so they can delve into diagnosis and treatment. This department values continual learning and evidence‑based practice.
Specialty rounds are consistently scheduled for therapists. Another factor that adds to the team’s success is our solid onboarding process, which includes a new hire mentorship program.
The VHC Outpatient Rehabilitation Team focuses on manual techniques with minimal modality use to provide quality one‑to‑one care. To help patients, the Rehabilitation Department has excellent equipment, including real‑time ultrasound, biofeedback stimulation combo for neuromuscular retraining, restricted blood‑flow therapy system, and Real Eyes Goggles system for vestibular evaluation and treatment.
The Outpatient Rehabilitation team will move to a new, state‑of‑the‑art building that will include a brand new aquatic program. There are incredible opportunities for career growth, including climbing the clinical ladder and potential promotions to lead therapist or regional manager. VHC is opening several off‑site physical‑therapy locations in neighboring communities, offering an opportunity to work closer to home and extend our healthcare reach to those in need.
Since VHC Health is a stand‑alone hospital, this provides tangible opportunities to effect change. Come join a supportive culture with flexible schedules, excellent work‑life balance, and exceptional team members to make a noticeable difference in your community!
