Role: Case Worker

Job Location: New York City, NY

Pay Range: $40/ Hr - $43/ Hr

Duties:
  • Interviews, makes initial assessments & referrals.
  • Manages cases of social service recipients.
  • Makes home visits to adults to assess their needs.
  • Investigates & verifies information obtained.
  • Provides health-related and social services to clients.
    • Skills:
  • One year experience
  • MS - Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
    • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum Degree

    Required:
  • Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
    • Languages:
  • English - Read/ Write/ Speak
