Flywheel Centers is hiring a BCBA to work full-time in our Alexandria, VA clinic. Competitive salary $95K-$115K, $5,000 sign‑on bonus, supportive caseload.

• Competitive Salary: $95K-$115K/year plus $5,000 sign‑on ($2,500 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months).
• Clinic‑Based Support:
  Fully center‑based clinical work; no driving between locations.
• Full Clinical Team:
  Dedicated BCBA Supervisor and hands‑on Clinical Director.
• BT Liaison Assistance:
  Liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
• QA & Goal Banks:
  Robust QA systems and extensive goal banks.
