• Provide direct care services to adults with an IDD diagnosis such as meal preparations, feeding, bathing, changing, administering medication, group outings, and other various activities
• Fill in as assigned for any aide-level position in Residential services
• Document all activities specific to shift or service activity
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain a safe environment in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations, and generally accepted practices

• HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience
• Active CNA license through Virginia Board of Nursing
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• TB required
