Body Holistics Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this vital role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing tailored treatment programs that help individuals regain motion and improve their overall quality of life. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our patients' mobility and encouraging them toward their rehabilitation goals.

Located in the heart of Arlington, Virginia, Body Holistics Rehab Center stands out as a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility specializing in outpatient care. Our team comprises skilled professionals committed to providing evidence-based physical therapy and non-hospital-based rehabilitation services. This full-time position operates on-site within our modern clinic setting, with convenient working hours from either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
• Provide personalized physical therapy sessions, dedicating time to ensure effective interventions are implemented.
• Utilize advanced orthopedic techniques and therapies, drawing from your extensive knowledge and experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Emphasize non-invasive and cost-effective treatment options, helping patients improve motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on surgical procedures.
• Create and monitor individualized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's requirements.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and motivational strategies to support patient engagement throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of treatment sessions in accordance with our EMR system, specifically WebPT.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare practitioners to foster a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Outline patient education regarding health maintenance and preventive care to promote long-term wellness.

As part of our outpatient clinic, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including sports enthusiasts, individuals recovering from surgery, and those with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your approach will target not only the immediate rehabilitation needs but also empower patients through education and self-management techniques to enhance their functional abilities and prevent future injuries.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with preference given to candidates who have completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with a clean professional record free of sanctions.
• Exceptional knowledge of various manual therapy techniques, alongside demonstrated proficiency in the development of successful exercise regimens.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient and accurate patient documentation.
• A strong commitment to evidence-based practice, staying current with the latest developments in physical therapy techniques and methodologies.

• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a focus on collaborative care.
• Proven track record in motivating and engaging patients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

The Physical Therapist position at Body Holistics Rehab Center offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
