The Medication Aide/Med Tech is responsible for administering medications and treatments safely and accurately to residents, ensuring dignity and compliance with regulations. Key duties include following physician orders, observing residents during and after medication passes, documenting in MAR/TAR in real time, monitoring symptoms, reporting concerns promptly, completing narcotic counts, and maintaining clean medication areas. They play a vital role in preventing medication errors, early detection of health changes, and safeguarding resident safety through attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred experience in senior care
