Ballygar AI is seeking a mid-level or senior Military Human Resources (HR) Expert to support the Army G-2 Management Services Directorate Military Personnel Section with subject matter expertise for military intelligence human resource management and planning.
The Military Human Resources (HR) Expert will be responsible for providing professional and administrative support for the Headquarters, G-2, performing all office management duties jointly and independently, to include functions that enhance administrative, communication, staffing, and organizational effectiveness. Specific tasks include:
- Assist in internal and external Military HR audits and determine quality improvement processes.
- Acts as liaison for G-2 military employees with appropriate internal or external offices/agencies to coordinate actions and resolve questions/problems relating to Military Human Resources.
- Assist and/or prepare memoranda of instructions, information papers, staff memoranda and related correspondence pertaining to Military Human Resource.
- Prepares documentation associated with award processing, to include: preparation of board packets, award certificates and medals for informal or formal recognition ceremonies; disposition (i.e. mailing packets) upon award completion; answering questions regarding eligibility and processes for awards. Additional participation may be requested by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- Interprets and develops administrative guidelines and procedures, Supports decisions on the application or adaptation of established procedures and initiates actions which affect various divisions within G-2.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of internal processes and documents as to their intended purposes, proposed implementation, and distribution. Develops methods for automating and preparing reports and analyses for the enhancement and effectiveness of meeting G-2 mission requirements.
The Military HR Expert must demonstrate:
- Working knowledge of the management and administration of all aspects of the Military Human Resources Program
- Knowledge of military manpower planning, organizing, and executing organizational and directorate objectives.
- Experience in management of the Emergency Alert Notification System (EANS) and the Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (ADPAAS).
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree or DoD / Army HR experience
- Eight (8) Years in DoD and/or U.S. Army Human resources arenas
- Experience as a staff action officer at the HQDA, OSD, or related DOD organization/agency
- Working knowledge of the management and administration of all aspects of the Military Human Resources Program
