As a technical recruiter focused on Data and AI, you will play a critical role in building the teams that drive the future of AI. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who deeply understands AI talent—a specialist who can identify, engage, and close top data engineering, Generative AI, and data science talent.

• Partner with leadership and technical stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build scalable, data‑driven recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage specialized AI talent, including those with high‑level security clearances, through creative sourcing channels and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Provide data‑driven insights and market intelligence on AI talent trends to inform hiring decisions.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and source potential candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure data quality within the applicant tracking system.

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with 2+ years focused on Data and AI.
• Strong understanding of the AI talent market—industry trends, academic pipelines, and events, associations, conferences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $93,700—$184,500 USD
. Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience.
