What You’ll DoCEC is seeking a Program Support Specialist to support DEA’s Human Capital Division by assisting with HR program coordination, reporting, and process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will provide support in program documentation, analysis, and communication to ensure HR initiatives are executed efficiently and in accordance with established requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support project planning, tracking, and coordination across HR operational areas.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations related to veteran hiring, diversity metrics, and other HR initiatives.
- Assist with requirements gathering and documentation of project workflows.
- Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and external partners on HR-related initiatives.
- Provide support on drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), PowerPoint briefings, and SOPs related to project tasks.
- Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Two years of experience analyzing, designing, auditing, or implementing Federal HR policies.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Experience using Federal HR and office systems (NFC, eOPF, MS Office Suite, USA Staffing, Empower
HR, eQIP).
