Job Location-HR Global Mobility Analyst
Location: Arlington, VA
Duration- 03 Month+ Contract
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a US Global Mobility Analyst to support Global Mobility and Domestic Relocation operations, including employee transfers, data management, payroll documentation, reporting, and vendor coordination.

• Set up employee files and initiate vendor services.
• Enter and maintain employee transfer data in various systems.
• Support employee and vendor inquiries.
• Prepare payroll documents, including loans and W-4s.
• Maintain and analyze Excel tracking reports.
• Prepare transfer documents such as offer and employment verification letters.
• Support immigration data accuracy, audits, and Global Mobility projects.
• Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• HR and/or Global Mobility experience preferred.
• SAP HR experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information.
