CACI is seeking a SharePoint / Power Platform Developer in support of a federal government customer. The candidate will design, develop, modify, debug, and maintain SharePoint applications, participate in testing, and provide certification of software. Primary location:
National Harbor, MD with regular meetings in Arlington, VA.
- Develop enterprise‑wide applications using the M365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integrations with SharePoint and Dataverse; consult stakeholders and IT management; study work processes to design portal workflows and dashboards; test, debug, deploy, and maintain solutions.
- Build business intelligence tools, dashboard reporting applications, and intelligent workflows to automate repetitive processes.
- Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using SharePoint Online.
- Manage site content and capabilities, providing daily maintenance of portals.
- Implement SharePoint‑based workflows and develop Business Intelligence dashboards.
- Document and demonstrate solutions with documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts and clear code comments.
- Build proof‑of‑concept examples or graphical simulation software.
- Maintain product test software and demos for training purposes.
- Participate in product design reviews and provide creative solutions in a teamwork environment.
Required:
- DHS EOD Eligible (Active EOD preferred)
- MA/MS or equivalent and 10 years of experience, including a minimum 5 years overall with setting up SharePoint infrastructure and services.
- Proficient in front‑end web development and back‑end application development using .NET/C#.
- Proficient in MS SQL Server database design and SQL.
- Proficient in Power BI, including DAX, for sophisticated dashboards.
- Proficient in SharePoint Online administration.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer, Info Path, Web Parts, and workflow creation and XML.
- Experience with analysis, design, hands‑on development and delivery of web‑based applications.
- Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service‑Oriented Architecture.
- Experience with SharePoint’s application services framework (Search, Managed Metadata, User Profile Services).
- Experience with Microsoft MCPD 70-576, SharePoint 2013/2016.

Pay RangeProposed salary range: $103,800 – $218,100. Compensation is influenced by location, contract category, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Benefits include healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education, and time off opportunities.
