Location(s): Arlington, VA

• Desktop and Laptop Hardware Repair.
• Desktop, Laptop, and Server Troubleshooting Experience.
• Professional MacOS Experience (Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma).
• Professional Windows OS Experience.

• Customer-facing service/support.
• Windows 10/11 advanced troubleshooting.
• Advanced Mac skills.

• US Citizenship Required

The Field Engineer installs, repairs, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software products, primarily at customer sites. This role ensures systems operate as designed, remain updated, and meet customer expectations. The technician coordinates closely with technical teams, manages administrative tasks, and interacts with customers to ensure positive service delivery and understanding of product functionality.

• Deliver full Field Engineering support for an assigned base of large and complex clients.
• Take full ownership of onsite service activities.
• Perform advanced maintenance on all supported products, including installation of low-complexity equipment.
• Provide technical feedback to improve equipment, systems, processes, and overall service delivery.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertise to resolve client issues and conduct scheduled installations.
• Complete required documentation, scheduling, and customer communications.
