Technical Writer

Overview

Technical Writer role at Virtual Service Operations. This opportunity is for individuals with an active TS/SCI clearance to create, edit, and maintain documentation to support cybersecurity operations and project deliverables.

In this role, you will produce clear and accurate documentation for cybersecurity policies, system procedures, manuals, and user instructions. You will translate complex technical information into user-friendly language and support compliance and training initiatives with formal written materials.

• Create, edit, and maintain documentation such as SOPs, manuals, and training materials to support cybersecurity operations and project deliverables.
• Produce clear and accurate documentation for cybersecurity policies, system procedures, manuals, and user instructions.
• Translate complex technical information into user-friendly language.
• Support compliance and training initiatives with formal written materials.

• Education:
  
  Associate s degree
• Experience:
  
  2 years
• Exception: 3 additional years of experience in lieu of degree

• Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
• Must be within driving distance of Arlington, VA or willing to relocate to the area (Relocation Assistance Package Available)
• Pursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. citizenship
• Must be willing to work onsite
