Senior SharePoint Developer.

Location:

Arlington, VA 22202. Onsite/Hybrid as required.

Work Hours:

• Lead the design, build, and migration of SharePoint Online 365 environment from SharePoint 2019.
• Analyze existing site structure, workflows, and customizations to determine rebuild requirements.
• Develop advanced SharePoint solutions, custom web parts, and application models.
• Provide technical leadership for configuration, administration, and deployment of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and data integrity validation throughout migration.
• Train and mentor junior developers; conduct knowledge transfer sessions with OMHA staff.
• Ensure all development complies with OMHA’s security, compliance, and data governance requirements.

• Expert-level practical experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint 365 framework and SharePoint Application Models.
• Strong practical knowledge of Search Service, User Profile Service, and other Service Applications.
• Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical designs and final solutions.
• Advanced development skills in SharePoint web parts, site templates, and content types.
• Proven testing and test management expertise.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
