Senior Business Process Consultant

Overview

iTech AG is looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant to support our federal customer. The Senior Business Process Consultant is responsible for leading process definition, optimization, and alignment across Service Now Risk solutions. This role partners directly with customer leaders to translate business needs into effective workflows and platform capabilities.

• Facilitate workshops to define current-state and future-state processes across Audit Management, Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Privacy Management, Continuous Authorization Management (CAM), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Guide Product Owners through story creation, prioritization, and refinement.
• Recommend best practices for governance, compliance, and risk programs.
• Support integration strategies that streamline data sharing and reporting across systems.
• Ensure process outcomes align with organizational goals and Service Now solution capabilities.

• 3-5 years in risk, compliance, or governance process design.
• Deep knowledge of Service Now GRC/Risk modules.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Service Now CSA and relevant GRC/Risk certifications preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience.
