Position: HIVE Data Operations Analyst with Security Clearance
Blu Omega is seeking a HIVE Data Operations Analyst that can focus on data quality, reconciliation, and operational analytics support, ensuring that data flowing into the Hive is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal standards. This role bridges technical operations and analytics, emphasizing data integrity rather than system engineering.

Clearance Required:

Active Secret Responsibilities:
* Maintain and validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
* Perform data reconciliation across source and target systems
* Monitor batch data loads and identify anomalies or gaps
* Support analytics and reporting requirements
* Manage user access to Hive environments
* Validate that incoming data conforms to expected schemas and business rules
* Maintain and validate documentation, SOPs, and data definitions
* Coordinate with engineering and data management teams to resolve data issues
* Support operational incident resolution related to data quality

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, or data quality roles
* Strong analytics background with hands-on Hive usage
* Technical proficiency in:
* Apache Hive
* HiveQL
* SQL Requested

Experience:

* Data reconciliation
* Data quality checks
* Data completeness and accuracy validation
* Working knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem:
* HDFS
* YARN
* Map Reduce
* Spark Nice to Have:
* Experience with automation tools or scripting
* Knowledge of FinCEN regulations and compliance standards
* Prior experience working in financial services or regulatory environments
* Familiarity with other data tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms Salary Range: $70K - $130K Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance What Blu Omega Can Offer You:
