Network Operations Support Specialist

Team:
Network Operations

• Administration of all network equipment
• Configuration of switch ports and firewalls
• Network support for local site and other sites
• Solar Winds monitoring
• Rotating on‑call support schedule

• U.S. citizen residing in the U.S.
• 2 years of Cisco switching experience
• 1 year of OSPF routing experience
• 1 year of Palo Alto firewall experience
• 1 year of DHCP experience
• 1 year of DNS experience

• Experience with support tickets and change control process
• Experience configuring updates in offices and data centers
• Experience performing system maintenance and OS patching
• Experience ensuring standards and requirements through quality assurance tests
• Working knowledge of authentication protocols such as TACACS+ and RADIUS

Salary range: $84,900—$160,200 USD for positions in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, District of Columbia, and Cleveland, Ohio.
