Network Operations Support Specialist

Team:
Network Operations
- Administration of all network equipment
- Configuration of switch ports and firewalls
- Network support for local site and other sites
- Solar Winds monitoring
- Rotating on‑call support schedule
- U.S. citizen residing in the U.S.
- 2 years of Cisco switching experience
- 1 year of OSPF routing experience
- 1 year of Palo Alto firewall experience
- 1 year of DHCP experience
- 1 year of DNS experience
- Experience with support tickets and change control process
- Experience configuring updates in offices and data centers
- Experience performing system maintenance and OS patching
- Experience ensuring standards and requirements through quality assurance tests
- Working knowledge of authentication protocols such as TACACS+ and RADIUS

Salary RangeSalary range: $84,900—$160,200 USD for positions in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, District of Columbia, and Cleveland, Ohio.
