Amazon Web Services; AWS Network Administrator

Overview

We are looking for an experienced AWS Network Cloud Administrator who will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Amazon Web Services (AWS) Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) and working with CISCO technologies.

• Configure, Maintain & Monitor AWS Transit Gateways
• Configure, Maintain & Monitor AWS Virtual Cisco Cloud Services Routers (CSR)
• Configure, Maintain & Monitor TACACS, & Cisco ISE
• Configure, Maintain & Monitor Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls within the enclave
• Configure, Maintain & Monitor systems including VOIP, VTC, and CUCM
• Deploy patches, manage network devices, and upgrading Software/Firmware
• Contribute to provide coordination of network integration tasks
• Support TACLANE and KIV-7M encryption devices
• Supports system operations and maintenance, creation, and implementation of network configurations supporting new requirements
• Ensure all Virtual and Physical devices maintain Cyber Security Readiness
• Intrusion and Detection and Preventions Services (IDS/IPS)
• Virtual Datacenter Management Services (VDMS)
• Virtual Data Center Security Stack (VDSS)
• Out of Band Management(OOBM) VPC

Skills/

Qualifications:

Self-Motivated and Self-Monitoring, Exceptional Oral and Written Communications, Technical Communication, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking. Proficient with Cisco’s Cloud Services Route (CSR), AWS Transit Gateways and AWS VPC Infrastructure.

The candidate must have the knowledge and experience with one or more of the following computer science concepts: AWS services:
Transit Gateway, CSR, VPC, Route
53, Subnets, Peering, Route Tables, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways, Network ACLs, WAFs, Cloud Front, Cloud Formation, Cloud Watch, ECS, EC2, EBS, S3, Glacier, RDS, ELB, IAM, SQS, and SES.

Familiar with Networking Ports and Protocols:

• BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, ISIS, IPv6, GRE, VRF-LITE, NTP, QoS, 802.1Q VLAN, EVC, NAT, DHCP, DNS, ACL, AAA, RADIUS, TACACS+, IOS-XE CLI, SSH, Flexible Net Flow, SNMP, EEM, and NETCONF.
• CSR Security Tech Package:
  Zone Based Firewall, IPSec, DMVPN, GETVPN, EZVPN, FLEXVPN, SSL VPN, and VTI-VPN.
• CSR AppX Tech Package: BFD, MPLS, VXLAN, WCCPv2, AppXNAV, NBAR2, AVC, IP SLA, PTA, LNS, ISG, and LISP.

Education:

• Required:
  
  BA/BS, preferably in computer science, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM), or 5+ years documented experience in addition to the requirements within this description.

Experience:

• Required
  • 2+ years of AWS solutioning and engineering experience

  :
  • 3+ years of AWS solutioning and engineering experience

Certifications:

• Required:
  • Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) Information Assurance Technology (IAT) Level II

Clearance Requirements: This position requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
