Are you excited about building software solutions around large, complex Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems? Do you want to help the largest global enterprises derive business value through the adoption and automation of Generative AI (GenAI)? Are you eager to use massive amounts of disparate data to develop AI/ML models and apply these models across a diverse array of enterprise use cases?

You would be a key player in driving customer success with AWS cloud services, as a Delivery Consultant in the Amazon Web Services Professional Services team.

• Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects, from understanding business needs to data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design and implement machine learning pipelines that support high-performance, reliable, scalable, and secure ML workloads.
• Build scalable MLOps solutions using AWS services and leverage GenAI solutions where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Applied Science, Dev Ops, Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Applications) to prepare, analyze, and operationalize data and AI/ML models.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on AI/ML, GenAI solutions, and cloud architectures.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
• Ensure solutions meet industry standards and support customers in advancing their AI/ML, GenAI, and cloud adoption strategies.

• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Knowledge of primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route
  53, S3).
• Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments.

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• Degree in advanced technology or AWS Professional‑level certification.
• Knowledge of AWS compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Experience leading the design, development, and deployment of business‑scale software or infrastructure.
• Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences in pre‑sales engagements.

Base pay ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market to $204,300/year in our highest. Total compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits. Please visit  for more information.
