Q US is looking for highly skilled professionals specialised in support services to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)). These services will also support the (1) Under Secretary of Defense/Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (USD/DUSD(R&E)) Front Office; (2) the Offices of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD) for Science and Technology (S&T), Mission Capabilities (MC), and Critical Technologies (CT);

and (3) Deputy Secretary of Defense (DSD).

• Experience and skills in project management, operational management, strategy development and planning, communication, executive decision support
• Ability to execute effectively in DoD staff environment, and communicate effectively to audience across functional disciplines, and at the most senior levels of Government
• Mastery of management tools including MS Office suite; ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and tasks, and deliver high quality and timely results and work products
• Ability to assess urgent work assignments, quickly determine optimal courses of action and manage actions to timely conclusion.
• Experience with action and task tools, assignment, tracking.
• Experience with project, initiative, major work effort planning and management.
• Experience with decision support documents including business case analysis.
• Experience with process design, implementation, execution and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a management or technical discipline (e.g., Science, Mathematics or Engineering field) is required. At the discretion of the Government, four (4) years of specialist experience including military or industry Senior‑level Program Analyst experience may be substituted in lieu of specific educational requirements.
• Ten (10) years’ experience as a Senior Level Data Analyst/Project Manager.
• Must have a Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance for all tasks and maintain eligibility for the life of their tenure on this contract. #qinetiqclearedjob

• Advanced program management education or certification is preferable.
